Diciamo picks Porcupine PR

A NATIONAL company that helps businesses improve their customer service has appointed the award-winning public relations agency Porcupine PR to help publicise its work.

The PR firm in Bridgwater, Somerset will be responsible for enhancing the profile of Bristol-based Diciamo and publicising the services it offers.

Mario Dolcezza, Customer Service & Loyalty Expert and Managing Director at Diciamo, explained: “We’re really pleased we’ve appointed Porcupine PR. I’ve worked with the company in the past and I know the team always achieves excellent results so we’re very much looking forward to this new association.”

Diciamo helps businesses engage with and understand their customers, improve service and increase customer retention.

Porcupine PR was launched in 1994 by former Guardian Media Group journalist Rachel Burks, who is the company’s Managing Director.

It has many regional and national clients, covering charity, horticultural, hospitality, motor, retail and training industries. Porcupine PR has helped some of the country’s biggest brands, such as the supermarket chain Tesco, with their PR projects.

Rachel explained: “We’re delighted with our new appointment and are looking forward to working with Diciamo to reach its key objectives and to publicise the company to the full.”
