DIY PR Training Courses

Porcupine PR offers bite-size three to six hour training sessions at its head office in Bridgwater, Somerset, which is just off junction 23 of the M5, or at your company or organisation’s premises.

You don't have to have an invitation to appear on Watchdog to benefit from a media training course. We will show you how to deal with the media in the best way for your company's image.

Topics include:

• What PR is and how it works
• How to write a media/press release
• Presentation and pitching skills
• Handling the media – how the media works and what it is looking for
• Devising a PR campaign to launch or re-launch a business, product or premises
• Writing and creating newsletters
• Using social media such as FaceBook and Twitter to increase brand awareness and help sell products and services.

Courses cost from £30 plus VAT per delegate for a minimum of five delegates for a three hour session.
