More tasty times ahead!

We’re assisting one of Bridgwater’s newest and leading restaurants with its PR activity this year (2018).
 
We’re helping raise awareness of The River Parrett Restaurant, which opened in November 2017 and offers a modern British brasserie feel, offering informal, high-end food with the focus on providing a quality customer experience.
 
Our MD, Rachel said: “We worked with the talented team for the launch of the restaurant and are now working to further enhance its reputation and to make sure everyone in the area, and people further afield, know what it has to offer whether via food photography, general social media activity or press coverage.”
 
Owner of the Salmon Parade business, Mariusz Muskietorz, who also owns the Maja Delicatessen in Bridgwater, said: “Porcupine PR has an excellent proven track record in our industry and always comes highly recommended by other clients, so we’re really looking forward to all we can do together in 2018. The restaurant offers a seasonal menu using fresh, British produce. It provides a choice of lunchtime and evening dishes. All its food is freshly prepared on the premises and its ingredients are sourced locally.
